Juli Wade is a lifelong resident of the Franklin-Simpson community, a full time sales agent, and a multi-million dollar producer as well as Co-Owner of Coldwell Banker, The Advantage Realtor Group, Inc.

Her in-depth working knowledge of the many facets real estate comes from vast personal business experience during the last 35 years. Juli has past experience as a project manager of commercial office buildings, a general contractor for residential properties, Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity, owner of rental property and real estate investments. This extensive knowledge base is ready for you to access whether you are buying, selling or just need more information to help you locate the perfect property.

As a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Juli met all the requirements of real estate instruction, with emphasis on topics such as legal liabilities, professional standards, home construction and specialized areas such as appraisal, taxation, financing, real estate investments, and property management.

At the end of 2005, Juli completed her education to receive two additional designations. Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). These designations were obtained through training and experience in the real estate market.

Juli is designated as a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS). This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by Coldwell Banker University to those who meet the

specified educational and practical experience criteria. Achievement of this designation
acknowledges completion of course work and demonstration of the concepts of

strategic marketing skills.

Juli has also been designated as an Electronic Professional (e-Pro). REALTORs® with the e-Pro designation are recognized as leaders in the practice of online Real Estate. e-Pro Certified Professionals use the latest technology and internet strategies to assist clients.
